   The last few times I've been in the whole team has been brilliant with answering my questions and even suggesting schemes to help me pay for and manage my treatments and I have never had an issue with anyone being unfriendly or rude. If there will be a wait for collection then they have always been transparent and upfront about how long it will be instead of making you wait with no explanation. There have been issues with the prescription being ready on time occasionally but I am aware that it isn't always their fault and sometimes it is completely out of their power and they will usually explain the issue instead of leaving you with no idea about what's happening or when it will be in.
