No matter what day or time they pharmacy is rammed with patients u able to be seen as only one person serving despite 8 people clearly working out back as you can see. Had to wait over 30 mins to ask a pharmacist a question …. Avoid avoid avoid

Staff are nice but have no urgency. No matter when or what time you go there is always a queue. What's going on!! There are people in the background, the machines dispensing just no one seems interested in responding. Went in at 1.30pm today the 19/06/23, queue of six no one serviced by 1.45 pm. Was on my lunch break so couldn't wait. While I'm writing this review I'd like to mention its stock availability, when waiting the week I go to pick up my prescription and invariably one of my repeats they don't have in stock surly stock should be replenished on its customers repeat demands. I understand lowick is the largest of 3 in Brackley and has the monopoly of the community but it really has to up its game.

Moved here after poor service at other pharmacies in town. Lowick are brilliant and only wish I'd moved to them sooner. Always friendly, helpful and super efficient. During a recent visit, they could not have been nicer, taking a moment to speak to my children and offer them a sticker whilst they patiently waited. Always listened to and advice is given in a friendly manner. If they don't have an item in stock, they take a pragmatic approach to help you get what you need, when you need it. Whether they're better resourced than other pharmacies or better trained, I don't know. But they should be used as a great example of how to serve the customer well.

I moved to Lowick as the other pharmacy in town could not get my medication. Lowick staff are friendly and very helpful. It’s a very efficient pharmacy and getting very busy due to the lack of other decent pharmacies in Brackley. Would highly recommend Lowick.

After over a year of increasingly appalling services at another local pharmacy what a pleasure to turn up at Lowick, prescription prepared, ready and a short queue 4 people, in/out 5 minutes . . . organised, tidy and clean . . .please keep this up, thank you.
