Even when ordering prescriptions in advance medication is not ready or missing items. Rude staff both in pharmacy and on the phone. Absolute shambles of a place. They misplace or mess up my prescription everytime and then try to blame my GP for their incompetence.

I wanted to leave a review as many always like to complain, however I can only say good things about the Lyng pharmacy. The staff are caring and always make time for you, I'm not a number in this place. The pharmacist is excellent for advice and caring. The service is much faster than other establishments nearby. I changed to this pharmacy for their great service, also delivering my medicines when I am not able to get out and I have not looked back since. Keep up the good work
