I received my prescription quickly however one member of staff was talking to her colleague in the back about matters in the news and was using unprofessional language. I don’t think she was aware I was waiting and when her colleague told her, she couldn’t seem to find the prescription quickly even though her colleague had just given it to her. It was found and I got my prescription. Staff should be aware of the language they use on the premises and in giving very personal views on matters in the news when customers may overhear. This didn’t give me a good impression of the pharmacy unfortunately.

I have been using this pharmacy for many years and often experienced delays in being able to pick up repeat prescriptions. That has changed for the better. A prescription submitted to the GP surgery Monday was ready for collection when I called in Wednesday afternoon (today). It was similar last month as well. Thank you! It saves a lot of uncertainty and waiting around.
