   The main pharmacy shop area was dirty with an old leather stool which had cracks & splits in the covering- not sure when the front door mat had last been cleaned. Going into the consultation room there were boxes everywhere & yellow sharps bins with lids open under the table & again the seat I sat on bad seen better days. The pharmacist didn't wash her hands or wear gloves or wipe down the injection site on my arm before giving the vaccination. This place really needs a deep clean & a sort out in order to be fit for purpose.
