   I tried to get a prescription for my son today. It is out of stock but the pharmacist told the lady behind the counter and not me. I was rudely told it was out of stock. When I asked if it could be ordered, she said no (literally one word). I then asked if it would be available soon and was told ‘no’. End of our conversation. Totally unhelpful and rude and in fact she wasn’t the pharmacist so she would have had no idea anyway. Completely different experience in 2 other pharmacies who although they didn’t have stock, spent time searching for me and explaining what I could do instead. I was really surprised as I’ve never had any problems there before but then there has been a staff turnover. Will not be going back.
