   Given a product I did not ask for based on the assumptions and a poor understanding of medicine from the staff in the pharmacy. I am utterly appalled.

   Being invalid I needed to check my prescription was thro' from the doctors so as not to have a wasted journey. The phone rang and rang eventually ringing out - nobody could be bothered to answer. This happened onthe next two times Iphoned.
