Was told by the doctor that my and my daughter's prescriptions were sent on Tuesday 2nd April, told they would be ready on Thursday,4th, then Friday 5th, then Monday 8th, Tuesday 9th now Wednesday 10th. Won't hold my breath. Was also told that their whole order had been sent to another pharmacy and they got nothing. Whoever does the ordering and customer service needs to be reprimanded at least. Was great before Well took over. Please don't give the same generic response you've given to all other complaints.
