We have used this pharmacy since moving here 23 years ago and have been highly satisfied. Over the past 6 months the service has deteriorated . Two things have happened . One the doctors started issuing prescriptions for 1 month instead of 2 doubling the work load for the pharmacist. Two the pharmacist changed hands. Before we could ring to find out if our prescriptions were ready usually in 2 -3 days after ordering. Now all you receive is an automated call saying they are very busy and to ring back later whatever time of day.

We cannot help with the doctors changing your scripts to monthly, however we are trying to resolve our telephone issue. Sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused. Will no longer be using this pharmacy after 2 really bad experiences where I cannot access my prescriptions until 10 days after ordering online on NHS and 3 visits to shop before receiving repeat prescription and this time one full week from ordering online and 2 visits and 3 phone calls to shop before receiving any items. If we have to wait so long every month you had better start upping the amount of tablets from 28 to cover for pharmacy errors. Some of us are only alive because of the drugs. Is this another scheme by government to kill us off sooner rather than later. Try doing prescriptions on Saturday afternoons and Sundays when chemist is closed to get over back log you cannot cope with every day. Organisation is sadly lacking and again It's the patients that suffer!

Doctor did home visit meds prescribed 1 pm delivered to house by 4 pm. They were urgent so very much appreciated a great service cannot recommend highly enough

We are just so lucky to have this pharmacy! Totally professional caring and empathetic. They go the extra mile and beyond. Can't thank th e pharmacist enough for his help.

Pharmacist is brilliant, this review has nothing to do with him. I rang earlier to ask if medication was ready to pick up, to be told yes, but in future come down to the Pharmacist to ask that question, do not ring as the line is for the Pharmacist. Well then they should have a private line for the Pharmacists use
