This is a great Pharmacy! Staff are helpful. This week I attended the Trust Pharmacy Out of Hours service at 10.30 pm as an emergency for medication for an elderly and was told for the second time, first in August 2023 and now in July 2024, that the same item I needed wasn’t available which meant my relative who was is severe pain had to wait until the next day for pain relief. I went to Mary Potter and the medication was available at the Mary Potter Pharmacy so much better availability and service hands down. They are also currently going through a much needed refurbishment and refresh, so aesthetically a great improvement. Great Pharmacy and I can highly recommend .

I came in with symptoms of a uti last week and my experience of this pharmacy was very professional from start to finish. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pharmacist was also very thorough with her questions and very helpful with her advice. She prescribed me with antibiotics and the whole process was very painless and quick. I would not hesitate to recommend this pharmacy to family and friends.
