   I have never had a smooth experience here. Rude staff broadcasting information across the whole practice for all to hear on most occasions. Today I got a phone call accusing me of walking out without paying for all my goods, when I challenged back I was put abruptly on hold to finally be told ‘yes you’re correct you did pay’ and I was then hung up on. Absolutely shocking service. I would prefer to travel further and go elsewhere.

   Thank you for the feedback. I am disappointed you found our staff to be rude. Please be assured all the staff we now have are extremely pleasant and we can only assume there was a miscommunication. Please accept our apologies for this, if you wish to speak about this further call the pharmacy or pop in and ask to speak to Jo, the complaints manager.
