Very very rude pharmacist, never help anyone, always in a bad mood , bery rude pharmacist never help anyone, always in a bad mood, always looking for a reason to argue, never ho there, avoid this pharmacy poor customer service.

told me 3 times my prescrIption ready, Sent my partner to collect it. On checking at home found insulin missing -no owing slip given. Rang them. They said it would be ready after 4. no apology for wasted journey or for not telling me they didnt have insulin. Rang after 4. Told they had already given me insulin. had to insist they hadn't - the pharmacist said she would check and left me holding for over 15 mins. Someone different then told me the insulin that they said had already been given to me was now ready for collection. There was no apology for the misleading info given in previous calls or for leaving me holding for over 15 minutes or for telling me she had already given me my insulin that they hadn't. They are inefficient and untruthful. in the past my doctor has requested they give me a certain amount of medication and they have given me less on more than one occasion and they dont tell the doctor. I will never use them again. i find them appalling.

Dear Patient, Sorry to hear you did not have a pleasant experience. Deliveries have been unpredictable during this Christmas period with a lot of deliveries not even turning up. This adds to the problems Pharmacies are experiencing with drug shortages. You called the Pharmacy several times within a short period which did not even give us time to call the manufactures and find out updates on our delivery. Certain medication I.E needles come in a certain pack size only. The medication is therefore rounded to the nearest pack size. I hope this clears your understanding regarding delays and medication pack size. Thank you.

Delivered my medication to housebound mum in Christmas Eve. Always go out their way to help and will always recommend this pharmacy
