Hospital pharmacy team - Rang this morning to obtain information for medication history for an acutely unwell patient in hospital. Politely requested if they could access their PMR to help me. Staff member [male] that answered the phone replied 'great at 9am on a Monday morning, thanks, this is going to have to be really quick'. The tone was patronising and dismissive. I am also busy very busy and sometimes have requests at difficult times. The information took less than 2 minutes to obtain, there was no need for a rude response when we all have to do our job

I had my medication delivered via Sciensus, not only were the staff incredibly rude my medication had been opened leaving me with doubt as to wether it had been tampered with, as this is medication prescribed by the NHS as an outpatient this is an incredible waste of public resources and now leaves me without medication until another delivery can be secured
