1. Review titled Keep giving me the wrong thing

   I've used this pharmacy for a while now. The staff are ok but I'm slightly hard of hearing and the staff member always on the till talks so quietly it's nearly inaudible, even when asking them to repeat. They also keep giving me the next best thing which isn't appropriate for the purpose of the medication. Example - I needed an anti-bac cream for my face and they just picked up the closest cream, which you aren't allowed to use on your face. It was a waste of money and my treatment was elongated due to this. It's happened multiple times and it's really quite frustrating.
