Fantastic experience using Medway Pharmacy, assisting in contacting 111 to obtain a GP opinion on prescribing my Father some medication, after hours on a Sunday. Very helpful and friendly, fantastic service and thanks very much.

I arrived at Medway pharmacy late in the evening after visiting numerous other pharmacies to obtain some antibiotics. The other pharmacies did not offer to order the medications for me. The pharmacist phoned their supplier straight away to find out when the mediation would be in stock and arrive. The pharmacist informed me when the medications would arrive, which would be the next day. When I returned the next day, the pharmacist recognised me straight away and gave me my prescription. The pharmacist also gave me some good advice about using probiotics with the antibiotics. I had excellent communication and service and nothing was too much for all the staff.
