I was referred by 111 to this pharmacy for consultation. No-one spoke to me about my symptoms just young lady offered me at the counter the same painkillers I had a week ago and they didn't help. She said I don't have anything to give you so call 111 again and tell your symptoms so maybe they give you some antibiotics. I left pharmacy without any help, angry and disappointed how the patients with pain are treating. Thank you nhs for 'excellent' care!!!

I have been into this pharmacy twice this week to pick up repeat prescriptions. Each time I was told they didn’t have them, then they found it but they weren’t ready. Loads of people have the same experience. It took 30 minutes of messing about before I left with my medication
