   I have now had multiple experiences of poor control regarding the issuing of prescriptions which have therefore casued delays and distress. Staff don't appear to care and "just doing their job" Today I called to confirm that my repeat medication was ready from 4 weeks ago. however they only want to issue the unauthorised prescrption from 2 days ago. This will cause an issue where I have to now put a reminder in to reorder medications when I shouldnt have to. They showed zero care regarding the error by the GP. I wouldn't recommend this service.
