Prescription 2 weeks late. Had to call 3 times to inquire why (No Reason given). Items missing when delivered Call to inform and told items out of stock at their supplier.Could not say when items would be delivered I asked why I was not informed of the problem when calling previously or called to highlight the problem? Told hadn’t got the time to do this to busy Nothing they could do. Didn’t seem bothered. Called Doctors and got emergency Prescription next day filled by Boots. Have now changed to Boots for myself and my wife as future supplier. This is not the first time a family member has had problems like this. They used to be a really good and have used them over 20 years but no more.

We apologise if this occurred but as it is anonymous we cannot find a away to identify the alleged incident so that we can make improvements. We have fed back to the team and to ensure this kind of incident does not happen again.

On 3accasions milan have not sent the correct tablets or missed out something when telephoned i was told that there was nothing they could do so i had to go without till the following month. The delivery staff are great and very pleasant.
