Where to start? Having to wait 45 mins or longer for a prescription, only to be told they don't have in stock. Ordering repeat prescriptions for essential continuation of medicines, going to collect within their recommended time frame only to be told they don't have it, or confusion over where its been placed. Then having to wait at least 3 weeks until they can provide it. The interior is grubby, floors filthy. Poor staff look and sound stressed. Long queues and customers getting cross because they can't get their prescriptions. Absolute shambles since new company and management have taken over, previously ran like clockwork. Not worth the anxiety of not knowing if my prescription will be fulfilled in time so going to take my custom elsewhere.
