Once again the team at the pharmacy went above and beyond. I am so bad at organising my meds and submitting them on time. However, despite my disorganisation , the team at Milnthorpe pharmacy will always try and make sure I do not have to go without these important meds. Something I know they try and do for all their customers. Nothings is ever too much trouble in my opinion. I think they are a great team who do their best to serve our village! It didn’t sit well when I witnessed first hand just how rude some people can be to the staff who handled its calmly and respectfully. It’s not okay to be rude, there is just no need, neither is tutting and sighing just because there’s a queue when it’s busy. we are lucky to have this service in our Village. Thanks to all who work there.

I visited recently and found that the staff at Milnthorpe Pharmacy were very helpful and kind. I had a private consultation, and the pharmacist was full of relevant and helpful information. They all seem genuinely concerned to help patients, rather than focussing on selling products. A very professional and friendly service.

The lovely people that work here go above and beyond to help , i understand how much pressure has been put on to pharmacys in the UK with alot of the jobs the used to be done bye your gp now being done bye your pharmacist. The team that work here have raised to the challenge and are always extremely caring and helpful. The whole team work so hard to try keep up with the changes and demands thrown at them and its always clean and friendly environment. I always leave happy. Thank you for working so hard you guys are appreciated. On this day they had gave me some amazing advice as always and helped put my mind at ease and no what to do and made sure i got what i needed.
