My husband and I needed a BP test required by our GP's. Our monitor was not reliable so we went to this pharmacy. We received a very thorough test by the pleasant pharmacist plus helpful advice. The staff at this pharmacy are always helpful in spite of being under pressure of late. We would highly recommend this pharmacist and are very grateful that they are a short distance from our house. Long may they operate in this well populated area as this kind of service is needed more than ever. All praise to them.

Counter staff very rude can’t be bothered attitude not very helpful was told to come back as my medication wasn’t ready to not be able to dispense my medication and get it ready while I wait very poor service

Minster pharmacy is an awful place to visit . The service is awful and there seems to be an awful atmosphere in the pharmacy whenever I’am in there . The pharmacy is never full and looks a mess at all times , always have to wait when collecting a prescription and the service is just awful . Certainly will not be recommending this to anyone I know

Repeat prescription put in doctors Tuesday still not ready Thursday evening, said they had only just received it. Went straight to Shiva practice, prescription sent Tuesday electronically . Finally picked up Friday pm.Stood next to an old lady who complained it was her third visit to this pharmacy for a prescription that should have been delivered 3 days ago they told her to come back in an hour She complained again saying it should be delivered ,after rummaging around in the back the pharmacist slammed her prescription on the counter and walked away no apology or explanation.

More than helpful, very satisfied. Even though they were extremely busy, they went above and beyond to track my prescription when other chemist couldn't. Thank you to all.
