    It's just that I feel dizzy and the pills I was given have no effect and I still have high blood pressure.

    I have recently had a splenectomy and need it asap so as to protect me from infections. I needed a vaccine from a pharmacy for my GP to administer. my usual pharmacy could not help saying it was not in stock with them or their suppliers and to try elsewhere. My appointment with the GP was the next morning. After several attempts we contacted this location. From the first conversation the team member who we dealt with was fantastic taking full control of the situation. They had a vaccine available but there was an issue with the prescription itself which they dealt with in quick time as they realised the importance of the situation. The team member sorted out all issues and I was able to collect the vaccine the same afternoon in readiness for my appointment, which by the way, if it had been cancelled, another was not offered to me for over a weeks time. Morrill Pharmacy were superb and the team member went above and beyond and showed compassion and understanding of my situation. Very much appreciated by me and my family, well done.

    My experience of this pharmacy and some of the dispensing staff has been appalling. Prescriptions get overlooked and missed on their systems when I’ve gone in to collect items. I’ve had 3 instances were ordered prescription items have been ‘unable to be located’ in their electronic record system, resulting in me not receiving any of them. If you don’t collect prescription items within a set time period they become voided and they are returned (to where?). When you ask for your prescription items they only dispense the most recent prescription. So if you have two prescriptions, you must remember to ask by named item, what you are missing. When I queried this with a staff member on the phone, I heard swearing being uttered out loudly for others to hear.
