   Having just gone to pick up a prescription, and waiting about 5 minutes. It seems that the person in front of me, decided to call across the manager for having to wait too long to be seen to. To reassure all, the practice manager dealt with this guy impeccably graciously considering his rude, vile and entitled attitude. I am not sure how his time is more precious than any of us waiting in line but very impressed by the manager in this scenario where others would have crumbled or beckoned to his call. Having demanded that she gave him the pharmacy website I hope he reads this to recognise that despite the waiting being not to everyone’s happiness, the way we deal with it separates us from the good, the bad, and the ugly.
