    Prescription sent on 1st of the month , today is the 7th and had to phone to see if item was ready as no test message to say it was ready . Reply is yes it’s ready - but no text message received. About a hour after the phone call text message arrived. Went to collect at 6pm this evening as member of staff was finishing her shift , she told other members of staff she was leaving and could someone else serve as there was a queue of about 4 people , it took them over 10 minutes before they decided to come to the counter . Save yourself a lot of time and bother and find yourself a pharmacy that’s bothered about customer service - this pharmacy is not . I’ve moved now after being with them for over 10 years and watching their attitude and service decline drastically over the past 3 years

    Would not provide emergency contraceptive service. There was absolutely no reason why they couldn't provide this service - they would not allow it. Needed husband to collect this for me. Nhs website says someone can collect on your behalf and any other pharmacy allows this; because it was a Sunday, and with all the boots pharmacies in our area closing down there was no other pharmacy open.

    After using this pharmacy for years , I was informed that we don’t have any broadband to receive prescriptions from your doctor , was advised to go to doctors and get a paper prescription and bring it into them . Go to the doctors to be advised there broadband is now up and running , back to pharmacy to collect prescription that hasn’t been received due to no broadband . Etc etc . When I phoned to ask if they had finally received the prescription was told to hold on as she was busy . Not busy enough to answer the phone but too busy to give an answer to if my medication was ready for collection . I have now arrange to use another pharmacy for my future regular medication.

    Been using Morrisons pharmacy for over 20 years. Service is excellent.They text me when my prescription is ready and I collect on the same day. I would certainly recommend them. Staff always efficient and friendly.
