Expect to queue for 30-45 mins and then be told you need to come back in 20 mins (then queue again for another 30 mins). One member of staff serving despite two tills, each customer takes at least 5 mins to serve. Will be going elsewhere in future, appalling service (especially when you are feeling unwell).

I found this pharmacy very helpful regarding advice & service. In recent times, people have to accept that pharmacy’s are very busy, longer waiting times compared to in the past and staff are under pressure. People tend to forget that the staff are dispensing drugs not fast food! I’ve heard some people complaining about 20 minutes or half an hour wait, get a grip!! You’re be the one moaning if the staff rush your medication & make a mistake. Theses a copious amount of prescriptions to be done remember!

I went to get my prescription this morning waited in line a while was busy. Was told it was waiting for pharmacist to check would be about half an hour. I said I have run out of tablets could the pharmacist please quickly check as it wouldn’t take a few seconds and was told no there are people in front of you it will be half an hour. Sorry I think this so ridiculous it would have taken the pharmacist about 2 second to check and that would have been one less in queue. This happens many times when you try to get prescriptions from this pharmacy. Not good experience.
