    I ordered a repeat prescription via the NHS app on 12/06/24 I left it until 18/06 to collect so that they had time to prepare it and so that I wouldn't have to wait around (as usual). I was told it wasn't ready and to come back in twenty minutes. Twenty minutes later I went to call back in only to find people were queueing outside of the door. Mission aborted, so tried again the following day. I will not be using this pharmacy again. Unacceptable customer 'service'

    Three days in a row my son (adult) attended the Pharmacy to collect medication that was due, each time he was told it wasn't ready, although they had the prescription from the GP for 3 days. When he went today he was told it was still not ready, he told them he had been told 3 times it would be ready tomorrow and he was running out of medication. The pharmacy remployee rudely replied "you won't die if you miss your medicine for 3 days" That comment I find totally unacceptable.

    Get a text message to say my prescription was ready. Go during my break and it is not ready. Told I will have to wait. This is the 3rd time. On asking the dispenser she said they only make it up when you go into the pharmacy. What is the point in the text then. She was extremely unhelpful and rude. Told me I could use a different pharmacy... Didn't need her to tell me that as I will never enter the building again. Would not recommend this Pharmacy to anyone

    Meant to open at nine, all the workers arrived 15 minutes late and didn’t open up till 9:15. Meant to be open at 9. By the time I got served due to the queue it was 9:30 and I was late for work. Extremely unprofessional. Had no covid tests and none in store. When asked where they are as could not locate prior to pharmacy entry, I was told “I don’t know you will need to find it” rudely. If this is customer service at Morrisons pharmacy the whole team needs to be made redundant. Worst experience ever. I was 30 minutes late to work and unable to get a covid test putting others at risk.

    Pharmacy at Bromsgrove Morrisons. I have phoned now for three days. It rings many times and then you can here it being transferred to fax. Not once has the phone been picked up to speak to me. As a health care professional this worries me immensely. It certainly is not helpful for anyone enquiring about their prescriptions. Needs to be rectified very quickly.

    They’re harder to get in contact with than the GP which says a lot! How can vulnerable people access the pharmacy or how can people use pharmacy as first point of call if they don’t answer the phones. Also when you go in there they always tell you it’ll take an hour to dispense your medication and expect you to go and come back. I think they need to hire more staff

    This is the first time using this pharmacy. I am working and need to see whether my prescription is ready for dispensing as need it urgently. I have called over 40 times this morning since 10 am and they have never answered once. The only time I hear anything other than ringing is when the line is left to ring out which when other patient's are calling in and the line is engaged. I work for a pharmacy and am shocked that there is no one to answer the phones and offer patient's re assurance and advice. Worst pharmacy experience and will not use again.
