I visited this pharmacy yesterday and when charging me for my new prescription, I was told I needed to pay for two prescriptions as there were two items. I asked if the lady was sure as I was only expecting one prescription (as advised by the doctor), she confirmed and I paid for two prescriptions. Upon returning home, I found there was only actually one item in the bag and this was clearly marked on the prescription sheet! I have tried to call the pharmacy to discuss and I am unable to get through and unable to leave a message for a call back!

Visited today to pick prescriptions - this is the second time of using that chemist lately and whilst the attitude of the assistants was fine the Pharmacist was very unprofessional attitude, made a false statement that it was illegal for him to dispense part of a prescription as it had to be a named brand not a generic version. That is not illegal but apparently a company policy. Never had an issue at other pharmacies in tne 5 plus years we have been getting medicines. Won’t be going back.

My parents get their medications delivered to their home by Morrisons. It is always quick and efficient, and the driver is always pleasant
