Collecting a repeat for the last few months has been awful! Always say its not there! Last week i was told to take it to my doctors as they dont have the staff to take it! Today he said i need to take it to my GP them pick it up from there in 3 days! As he has no staff! Today i was told it wasnt there again! Phoned my GP who said it had been sent and they have 2 weeks in morrisons! Pharmacist refused to speak to my gp surgery, said 'no point' argued with me infront of other people queing saying i was in the wrong! Told me he did not care if i didnt have my medication, when i asked him to repeat what he just said, he said 'i dont care if u have no medication' phoned my GP again who he then spoke to. Then threw my phone back at me! Horrible horrible man who should not be in that line of work! He has a duty of care for peoples medication! Even my GP couldnt believe how wrong be was.

Items on repeat prescription were not given, When questioned pharmacist said they did not have prescription…despite me having this medication for years! Eventually given 7 days of prescription despite needing 30 days. Attitude was uncaring and highly indifferent to my trying to discuss what was going on with prescription. Very distressing for me…especially as pharmacist seemed not to care and seemed to miss the point that a repeat prescription is a necessary part of a persons illness. Utterly disgusted. How can they be so uncaring and unhelpful regardinf a persons necessary medication.

Review titled Uncaring staff with little training

I have used this pharmacy for years and have watched it deteriorate over the past 3 years to the shambles it is now. From changing the way you order repeat prescriptions, no longer able to phone it through as they don’t answer the phone. They didn’t leave an answer phone message explaining this they just did not answer! To not checking repeat items and after ordering a week in advance items still not available. When challenged the staff really could not care less or don’t understand the problem and stand with a blank expression on their face. It seems that training is minimal and empathy non existent! Terrible pharmacy
