This pharmacy are so disorganised and unhelpful! I have been using them for about a year and every time I try and collect a prescription there is an issue. Today they decided that the person collecting my prescription on my behalf was not allowed to despite them living at the same address, having all my details and collecting for me before. Staff were rude and unhelpful. It seems they are deliberatley obstructive!

If the long wait was not enough, my partner was charged full NHS prescription price £19.52 for two lots of medicines. He was not made aware that he could have obtained these over the counter for less than £9. In these days of austerity, this matters.
