Always seems to be a problem with unavailable medication that has to be ordered in, also very defensive when errors happen regarding forgotten items being dispensed. My partner whose insulin dependent each month has difficulty getting her prescription filled because they have to order it in, which results in hunting around Maidstone to find a pharmacy that has it in stock! She can't live without insulin.

I went in complaining of earache and was told they couldn’t do anything about it and to call my doctor, no one checked my ear, they just said they couldn’t help, upon researching, they have a consultation room, there was no offer to ‘consult’ with me, no mention of coming back tomorrow when someone’s available, I was brushed off. I am now in debilitating pain waiting for my doctors to open tomorrow morning. If you have a problem don’t go there.
