The pharmacist was so helpful, in fact he went out of his way to help me. He was caring, polite, professional & compassionate. He’s a credit to the shop. A true gentleman in every sense!

Lovely helpful people Went out of their to deal with my query in a calm and professional manner, the issue was dealt with by over the counter medication at a fair retail price

I am really unhappy with their customer services. I bought their recommended over the counter medicine for Hay fever. However, after consulting with the Doctor, I returned to them after an hour but they refused to refund. The counter person rudely said that they don't accepts the return of a medicine. When told that this is my right under the Consumer Rights Act to return an item bought over the counter, he responded that they don't believe and accepts Uk consumer rights to return the item as they have their own policies, to not refund the over the counter sold medicines. The prices labeled on the medicines are also over-priced as compared to other Pharmacies.
