    Failure to supply prescribed items, leading to > Having to buy from Amazon to get important life-sustaining prescribed items. When finally (very late) delivered = wrong type Then, after several further attempts = insufficient amount finally supplied. Very worrying and stressful

    Queues almost out of the door. People waiting for prescriptions and to purchase single items in one single queue. Several people waiting a long time for staff to find prescriptions or have them verified by the pharmacist. Why are prescription collection boxes labeled numerically and not A-C, D-F etc? This would speed up identifying prescriptions surely instead of going through all of the boxes.
