I recently switched to this pharmacy as it was conveniently closer to where I had moved to. In the last 12 months there has been a change of staff and the service has got gradually worse! The processing time for prescriptions has gone from 3 days to 7 and when you do go to collect they never have the items in stock, they’re always reactive instead of proactive to this issue. They then give me a slip of paper to collect owed items and when I go back for them they still don’t have enough!! Today was the last straw, I go to collect my prescriptions as they’re open on a Saturday until 1pm and when I get there at 11.30am I’m greeting by a member of staff telling me that they’re closed because she is the only person there!! Not her fault but why isn’t there a contingency plan in place for something like this happening? I will now need to try and leave work early or extend my lunch break on Monday to pick up my prescription, and I’m still not confident they’ll have all my items. Once I’ve collected any remaining items I’ll be moving to another pharmacy. Murray’s you’re a disgrace!!

I am unable to contact the pharmacy! For the last two days I have called the pharmacy on several occasions to check when my medication will be delivered but they have not answered the phone.

This pharmacy never has the medication customers need. Recently they didn’t have a very commonly prescribed antibiotic Doxycycline. This afternoon the staff member gave me so many excuses for not having Blue Inhalers in stock. 1. I only just got the prescription. - I watched the Gp send it across 24 hours ago. Her- ok, I only just picked it up. Me- so can I have it? Her- we don’t have any. She tried to get me to take the script elsewhere. I explained I have pneumonia and can barely stand. This is common standard, I have chatted with so many unsatisfied customers. It’s not acceptable. We don’t go to pharmacies for fun!

Went to collect my prescription and was told there was a 30 min wait, which I accepted as I was in a lot of discomfort, unbelievably after waiting 1 hour I was told that they didn't have my prescription in stock. It was so distressing because I was in discomfort and they made me wait, by the time they did tell me it was 17:37, I asked for my prescription to go elsewhere, but the closest options by then were all closed. After driving around for another 30 mins I finally found a chemist who thank goodness supplied me and I have transferred my business over to them. I was shattered when I got home and its the last thing you need when you are poorly and in pain. Shocking experience, I will never use that service again!

Have used this pharmacy for the last 20 years and it's gradually got worse. I have now decided to use a different pharmacy and their is no comparison. No more unfriendly staff who look as though they hate working there. It is understaffed, only ever one on the till, queues often out of the door. The car park is unfit for purpose with small bays and shortage of space to get out of the bays. My car was bumped by a vehicle reversing out of a space causing £300 of damage. It's also a nightmare trying to turn right onto the main road off the estate. The reviews are all terrible on this pharmacy but nothing is done to improve it.

I've been phoning for 3 hours trying to get in touch with the pharmacy and no one is answering I started at 2pm and it's now 5.45pm and still nothing

I was in a very long queue. The 2 women behind the counter talking about how one called 111, totally ignoring us! Then one left and the other said I’m going for a drink and walked round to the shop to get a bottle of water. She was so rude!!! Unreal just ignore the ever lengthening queue of people! I hate this pharmacy
