I have used Cohen's Chemist at Stacksteads for some time and I have left a previous review about the staff at the pharmacy. However I feel the service I had on Thursday 29th August needs a special mention. I ordered my medication on line from my doctor's practice early in the morning. It was authorised around lunch time and I got a text saying my medication was ready for collection around 4pm. I never thought I would receive "same day service" from any pharmacy but I feel the dispensing chemist and the staff at the Stacksteads branch are superb. In fact a week or so before that I had some new medication and the pharmacist rang me on Wednesday to make sure I was managing it ok. Well done Stacksteads Cohen's you are first class.

I popped in for a blood pressure check and they offered me a health check instead. Absolutely amazing service I would highly recommend. Pharmacist was extremely thorough and checked - blood pressure - cholesterol- heart rate - diabetes risk- to name but a few Was enlightening and gave me the incentive to make a few tweaks/changes to try to improve the scores/readings She explained every step of the way and gave me tips and advise which was invaluable. All staff at this chemist are friendly and super helpful. Thank you

There seems to be issues with collecting more than one prescription here - there always seems to be an item missing. This has unfortunately happened on a few occasions now - I’ve had prescriptions collected on my behalf and there are items missing meaning having to go back to collect again. Really hard work when you’re not well and relying on others to collect for you. Please check all medications

I stupidly ran out of my prescribed pills. The pharmacist was able to provide one weeks supply. Unfortunately after one week my GP still hadn’t organised the prescription. So back I go to my pharmacist who was very reassuring and sympathetic, and able to provide another supply.

My husband had an ear infection and we went to Asda pharmacy in Great Yarmouth the pharmacist immediately took him into the consulting room and carried out his triage after confirming the infection he took down all relevant history and took his temperature then contacted 111. After 3 hours my husband had a call from a doctor and a call back from the pharmacist to tell him the medication was ready to collect. This was on a Sunday if the bank holiday . Excellent service 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Hbs pharmacy, newton Drive health centre, Blackpool. I've had to pull out from them being nominated pharmacy, despite me having exemplary care with the practice. They often don't have the meds I order on repeat, don't inform me of this, don't offer to order them in but tell me I have to find the meds elsewhere myself. They are really unhelpful. On the last visit their card payments failed, they had a huge queue out of the door but made no effort to tell the people in the queue about the problem, so I did it for them, with many people then leaving as they had no cash.

Some of my prescription was missing, pharmacy is consistently not answering the phone, spent whole mornings trying, just constant message to try later, this really is not good enough.

I recently had a an unexpected hospital procedure which required ordering products from my GP that I needed quickly but which were not readily available at my local chemist - Davidsons Pharmacy in Clackmannan. The staff at the chemist were extremely helpful and efficient in sourcing the products on time. We received a call at home informing us of their arrival.

A personal Thank you to the Pharmacist @ Peter Morgan Chemist in Dyserth, on Saturday when no surgery was open or doctor to be seen, I went along to the chemist where I had a personal consult with the Pharmacist and he promptly diagnosed and prescribed medication to ease my discomfort, thank you so much after the initial application my symptoms became much better 😊 above and beyond and exceptional service.
