   Used the 'pharmacy first' service for the first time because my daughter was very ill with tonsillitis, the GP was closed for the afternoon, and we were trying to avoid A and E. We saw pharmacist quickly, she was very kind, and a prescription was dispensed straight away. We are very thankful.
