I came in to collect my elderly parents medications. I’d ordered them a bit late as I’d had a lot on & when I went in staff were very kind & understanding. They didn’t assume I’d just not ordered & were really kind. They weren’t ready & it was Saturday so the staff & pharmacist helped me to understand what nhs 111 was & how I could get in touch with them as my surgery was closed. I managed to get a short term supply of my parents medications & I felt less anxious about how they would manage over the weekend. They kindly also sent me a text on Monday to let me know the prescriptions had come to the pharmacy & they had dispensed them. I was very grateful.

My Repeat prescription was confirmed two weeks ago, I am still awaiting delivery. I’ve sent three emails. I’ve not had a reply.. Phoned numerous times and nobody picks up! So basically the same issues as the complaints below! I am now fast running out of medication! This is causing much stress And anxiety.

Staff were very helpful in getting me my medication and dealing with my requests. Quickly had my prescription given and offered additional support and services.

I had changed pharmacies when the pharmacy with a delivery service I have had for years lost their driver and were unable to deliver. I checked with the yarnspinners pharmac which is in the same building as my GP. They told me they deliver and transferred my nominated pharmacy to them. After I had seen on line that my prescription had been authorised I waited for the delivery. It did not come. I phoned and was told that the prescription would be delivered that day and it was not - nor was it delivered the next day. I was out of medication and had to go to the pharmacy. The lady apologised but did not say why it had not been delivered and I collected the medication. This month I phoned again when it didn't arrive, I was told it was down for delivery that day. Nothing arrived nor did it arrive the following day. I phoned the next day and got the 'number unavailable' tone and could not get through to the pharmacy number. I again had to go to the pharmacy. I gave my name and DOB. I was eventually offered my medication with no explanation as to why it had not been delivered. I could not believe the plethora of bags of prepared prescriptions everywhere in the pharmacy. Truthfully, it looked dangerously disorganised and presumably 100s of people without their medication. It needs an urgent visit and inspection.

Prescriptions not being delivered and being told they are out for delivery. When delivered it is days late only after contacting them and then prescription not complete which proves they had not completed the order when they say they have. This has occured more than half a dozen times in the last year. Do not recommend

I have to say this was the most pleasant experience I have ever had in a pharmaceutical sense. Speedy service and a warm welcoming atmosphere. Was also given a coffee on the house, whats not to like?

I used this pharmacy for the first time since my doctor had sent my prescription there after my appointment. I was greeted with a big smile from a lovely young chap who also checked my blood pressure whilst I waited. I was amazed by the level of service produced by all the staff as it was my first time visiting. I have since changed over to this pharmacy as it is a lot more efficient and practical as it is in the same building as my GP. Keep up the amazing hard work guys!

I had a great experience at this pharmacy. I went in on a weekday, the pharmacist was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to offer me excellent advice on my medication. He was thorough in explaining everything and followed up to make sure I was doing well. It’s rare to find such caring and attentive service these days. Highly recommend this pharmacy!
