staff were really accommodating, helped me to get my medication. didn’t make me feel stressed or anxious. great customer service

When I didn't pick up a prescription. They filed it as picked up four months later. They ticked the box "picked up for someone else" (so no signature). Then worse still they ticked a box saying I didn't need to pay for it when I picked it up as I am on maternity exemption when I wasn't. Then out of nowhere, for this prescription that i didnt pick up, I got issued a letter informing me of fines and penalties due for claiming for free maternity prescription when one is not eligible. The pharmacy said they had no recollection when I visited and didnt reply to the email confirming their error I needed for the NHS.
