The Lady assistant in the back that does the medication she needs to watch her mouth she spoke to me with a right attitude and talking to me like I was something on the bottom of her shoe in front of other customers she needs some training in customer service before someone smacks her straight in the mouth because that's how she makes you feel and she will do it to the wrong person one day. The rest of the staff are lovely polite and helpful its just a shame she lets them down with her attitude.

Disgusting Attitude by one lady in the back who Barked She dose not have to do anything when told the Doctors wanted the chemist to order my repeat prescription, she needs to be trained in customer service, also she needs to understand shes giving the shop a bad name, Always been really nice pleasant helpful staff in this chemist .

Went in this week to pick up my prescription. One medication in particular is extremely difficult to obtain and without it I would be very poorly but the team went above and beyond to help. Got my medication. Fantastic pharmacy. Thank you team NewChem we really appreciate all your help.

Never have the right medication I attended on 01.12.2022 to get my prescription I required a 500 g ointment for the house and a 125g ointment for when I'm about and about I was passed my medication and on checking the bag I realised the 125g ointment was not in the bag I asked the nice lady at the til where it was and the dispenser in the back room abruptly shouted you've got enough with that one, if I had enough with that one my doctor wouldn't of put it on the prescription. Totally inadequate and unacceptable this lady needs retraining on how to address and communicate with customers.
