    My daughter has extremely complex needs and is on numerous medications , some of these are special order . One of her seizure meds is a special order product , I ordered well in advance of Christmas , and the pharmacy kept fobbing me off stating her med would be in the following day , we got all the way to Christmas Eve for them to tell me it wasn’t coming , they couldn’t of cared any less that she was going to be without a very important med over Christmas and leaving me no chance of getting any . Then they promised the following Saturday …. lo and behold , no med to be seen . The staff were very flippant about it with zero empathy . Well let’s see how they feel when I take it further .

    I requested an emergency prescription as I stupidly ran out of medication which I forgot to request due to recently having a baby. I had a phone call asking which medication is required and was told I could not have this due to the length of time it has been since I ordered it last. I explained that I was given excess stock from my last medication review and that's why I've not needed to order it recently. I was made to feel stupid and belittled as though I didn't know what I was talking about and that I hadn't been taken my medication. I not gave to go through 111 and travel to get my prescription whilst looking after a young baby. As an NHS member of staff, I understand there are procedures in place but I am not happy with how I was treated and spoken to. Please be more considerate and self aware in future.
