My wife and I moved to this pharmacy some months ago from another where we were not satisfied with any aspect of the service we were getting. We are delighted with the service we get at Newington and find the staff, including the pharmasists, extremely helpful and pleasant.

Collected tablets but once home, discovered there were less than I was prescribed by the GP, though the correct amount was listed on the pharmacy label. I returned the following day and the missing tablets were provided. If I ever have to use this pharmacy again I will be counting the medication before I leave. That said, I probably would not be writing this review if the staff had offered any kind of apology for my inconvenience.

Please accept my apology for this unfortunate occurence. The staff on duty should have apologised for the inconvenience & informed the responsible pharmacist on duty who may have been able to give you an explanation as to why this shortfall happened. I shall cover this incident at our next staff meeting.
