   Received prescription from nurse and went into the pharmacy. Queue was out of the door. Long wait just to get to the assistant who marked the electronic prescription for action, and again I had to wait. Much later I was called to come forward and got the prescription. A wait of over 40 minutes is crazy for 1 item. There was a crowd of people waiting but I only saw 2 people get their drugs before me. This pharmacy has been taken over by a different company but they have no idea how to run a pharmacy efficiently. They have the same, or more, staff as the previous pharmacy (Morningside) but are hopelessly lost. I will not use again. They need replacing.
