   I called, concerning a friend who regularly picks up his meds weekly, but hasn't answered the phone, or called me back for 3 weeks this Sunday. I have been on holiday, tried calling the pharmacy on my mobile and landlines, their phone not answered and then kept being put down. Bad customer service, and am worried for my friend.

   I was prescribed 21 tablets of antibiotics and was given a box of 15, leaving me two days short of the full course.
