There are no excuses, 28 days to get a prescription ready. My dad at 86 really struggles with mobility is in constant pain was made to go back again this month twice because his meds were not ready. I went in for him on Friday night and was appauled at the number of patients who had been told the same. I have asked if they can deliver to him as he struggles so much - no - because hes not completely housebound. I do feel sorry for the lady on the front desk as every patient complains to her - but who ever is reponsible for organisiation and running this pharmacy should come out and meet some of the patients.

My prescription goes in the 28 days pick up box being a repeat prescription it happens every 28 days and after standing waiting in a queue 20+ minutes your always asked to take a seat as they have to make it up I have had to wait up to hour as they lost my prescription or 20 - 40 minutes wait is normal . Do not enjoy prescription day.

I visited the pharmacy to obtain hay fever medication that can only be had by prescription. I was met by a member of staff who clearly had had a bad day, they were verbally rude with no empathy towards my simple request for a prescription for hay fever medication. She stated "You only asked for tablets" when I said that "I had asked for medication consisting of a nasal spray, eyedrops, Ventolin and tablets"

Ordered our prescription 7 days ago via the prescription post box at the front of surgery,with a note saying would collect today. Arrived at dispensary to be told there was no record of our order. This is not the first time this has happened and will likely increase as they no longer accept telephone orders and unable to order online as for a dependent under 18. Even when they do have the order it is nearly always not made up ready with waits of 30 - 45 minutes for orders placed 10 + days ago.

This pharmacy presents itself as a completely disorganised service. Frequently the repeat prescriptions are not ready on time and when you attend to collect them it seems to be a struggle for staff to find the prescription.
