    Our mother-in-law is housebound and we have to organise her complex medication. We phoned Oakbrook to discuss it. We were kept on hold for 70 minutes listening to ghastly, repetitive hold music on a scratchy and distorted tape, before being cut off after a few minutes of allegedly being first in the queue. This meant a trip tothe pharmacy instead (we don't live close). We were told that the phone system had been malfunctioning and it would be fine tomorrow (the meds hadn't arrived so we had to follow them up). Today- a repeat perfomance- 50 minutes on hold- reaching number 1 and then being cut off. I understand if short staffing makes it dificult to answer the phone- but be honest and put a message on the sytem saying so rather than wasting your customers' time and money. And pleasew, please get a new tape with some decent music on it.
