   I have requested a call back from pharmacist regarding a change in medication, I have called twice to no avail & have personally been into the GP reception to chase this, nobody has called me back. I will go again tomorrow, it will be my third attempt in person. Completely incompetent, unprofessional & unbelievable. I’ve had to explain to different staff each time I phoned up & or gone in person!
