I requested a repeat prescription almost a week ago and they’ve told me that it’ll be ready that day, for me to go back and find that they’ve ordered it due next day to find out that it hadn’t been ordered and now I’m going without a necessary prescription. I shouldn’t have to wait a week without any proper communication from the pharmacy surrounding something that is needed.

I was chasing a drug that has been out of stock for over a week and I only have one week's supply left. Nobody answering the phone and not able to send an email. I will have to make a special visit tomorrow.
