I have tried to get a repeat prescription here severely times, but every time I don’t hear from them for weeks and have to chase them down. They then just say that their supplier doesn’t have it and to go somewhere else. This is particularly annoying because I know that there are ways they could get it, they just can’t be bothered. With this pharmacy I went 3 months unable to get my prescription and they were all very unhelpful

Turned up for a Covid booster 5 mins early, told to take a seat, nobody being vaccinated, eventually someone before me got called in, someone turns up late for a previous appointment, gets seen next. I have to leave as have a work call to get to and there are still others in the queue ahead of me I'd allowed 25 mins. Complete waste of time with staff who have are in no rush and think the rest of us have nothing better to do than sit there not knowing when we'll get seen.

I was very upset and unhappy on the day with my personal life. I had to have a consultation with pharmacist for service I was asking for. I had been there before and was happy with their service. Looking at my face that day she understood and tried her best to support me. I felt so much at ease and bursted crying. Despite being busy on a Friday she spent a long time with me and consolidated in all ways she could. It was a free service but can’t thank her enough for giving me the strength and positivity. A great person and I would go there again as a friend!

The lady on the counter could not find my prescription and kept me waiting. She was swearing in background and most likely it was to me. She can never find my prescriptions and today she was rude to ladies in back as well. Better learn how to treat customers

The chemist shop was spotless. The nurse giving my covid vaccination was wearing a mask and answered my questions satisfactorily.
