Popped in for a repeat and to speak to the pharmacist. Was seen in 5 minutes and then left 5 minutes later with prescription. Brilliant service

Presented myself at the pharmacy with a UTI on Friday 22nd December. I Was asked some questions and was prescribed Anti biotics! I’m a diabetic so other pharmacy’s wouldn’t see me and the GPs system was down so couldn’t make an appointment and it was Christmas weekend! Can’t thank Orcahrd pharmacy enough! They’ve saved my Christmas! I’m feeling much better now! Merry Christmas to all at Ochard Pharmacy! You are all amazing!

I visited the pharmacy recently and wasn’t treated with respect. Ive been using this pharmacy for years and have my monthly medication from there. I believe this staff member may be new as I’ve not dealt with her before. She spoke to me rudely and assumed that i have an exemption for my medication, however I work full time and pay for my prescriptions. This is my first bad encounter with the pharmacy.

A friendly helpful group at any time, providing an efficient prescription service. The staff were even more helpful and kind during the walk-in clinics for Covid vaccine and Flu jabs, when they took the time to explain things to me, despite the pressure of a queue of other people waiting for injections, and a second queue using the pharmacy. Well done Orchard Pharmacy Team, and Thank you

We went to this pharmacy this afternoon for our Covid Boosters. They were very welcoming and very well organised. The practitioner who administered our vaccine was warm and friendly and extremely competent. He explained about the vaccine and made us feel relaxed. This was our first visit and experience at Orchard Pharmacy and we wouldn't hesitate to use it again and highly recommend it to others. Thank you to all involved.

After telephoning my doctors they had no appointments left, I was advised to visit this pharmacy and they could help. First visit to this pharmacy and I found them extremely helpful, the guy at the pharmacy listened to my issue and was able to prescribe the medication. The service was very fast and very efficient…the staff are so friendly, I will certainly visit again when needed and would highly recommend this practice.

Went to the pharmacy today as I’d a problem with my foot. Following a thorough assessment the problem was diagnosed and I was prescribed a course of antibiotics which were dispensed a couple of minutes later. In my opinion a first class service which I won’t hesitate to use again.

I contacted my GP this morning and unfortunately all the appointments were taken, however with my symptoms a telephone consultation was made with the pharmacy. The pharmacist called me within a couple of hours and we discussed my symptoms and suggested I attended the pharmacy of which I did. He was very personable, listened to my symptoms examined me and gave me some suggestions on how he could help, suggested some medication that was dispensed whilst there and advised if anything changed or worsened to contact 111 or my GP again but also gave me some advise to use at home and what signs to look out for if things were to worsen. Great outcome and not necessary for me to see the GP at all which would give this appointment to someone that really needed it. This is a great service and will hopefully help people to access the right services for there symptoms.

I was called at home to ask if I would like a free Blood pressure check, I took the chance to get it done only to find I have Hypertension stage 2 and if it was not for this service I would not have known I was at high risk of Stroke, Heart Attack. I am now on medication so Thankyou for this service .
