   I visited this pharmacy earlier today in the hope of purchasing a couple of items. One I had managed to locate and I approached the counter as the other was painkillers which I could see were not on display but locked in a cabinet so staff would need to get them for me. I stood at the counter for a full 5 minutes whilst four staff busied themselves with various tasks none of which involved making any sort of eye contact with myself or acknowledging that I was there. Even if it was not within their remit to serve customers surely an explanation could have been offered as to how long the person who should be serving me would be, but no they just carried on meandering around with not a care in the world in blissful ignorance that there was someone waiting to make a purchase. They must have known I was there, I do not possess the quality of invisibility and I am not a small person. Absolutely shockingly shabby service. I just walked out and will not be returning
