I have tried to call the pharmacy over 70 times this morning to order my next batch of meds and still no response. The staff have been rude on occasions when it has been there error but blame the customer. Seriously needs a shake up as so many people have moaned reference meds missing from batch. Not ordering in time. Not answering the telephone. It doesn’t help either when you want to go into the chemist as you can’t get through on the phone and the chemist is full of people waiting to have covid and flu vaccine. The place is far to small.

This has to be one of the worst Pharmacies in the Country - absolutely no service and rude staff if you can find one !! Thy have no idea how to serve people hence there is always a queue out the door. When you eventually get to the counter they seem to be busy doing nothing and the prescription is never ready. I was told that my prescription was ready on the Thursday and having been there Friday and Monday where the queue was so large I gave up and eventually I went on the Thursday and surprise surprise it wasn't made up and so had to wait and was then signed off by the Chemist who was busy doing Flu injections. Some may say they are understaffed but this is not the case they are just totally inefficient. Time to go elsewhere which from others I have spoken to are doing the same.

30min+ wait time just for a basic repeat prescription. No sense of urgency or efficiency whatsoever. During wait, nearly everyone was talking about their experience here, and it’s bad. Staff attitude and general lack of urgency didn't help. Whatever the case, avoid if you need a quick convenient pharmacy

Why do the staff feel the need to be so rude. I except they are very busy and under funded. When you wait at the counter to be served you are completely ignored. After a period of time I asked is anyone serving the response was what sounded like yer yer. Then giggling and nothing after a little longer I left without my prescription. They are always so rude

I have my monthly prescription at Overdown Road pharmacy. I have to call each month for next batch but I can never get through. It takes at least 90 calls to get an answer. Surely there had to be an easier way. Either need new or more staff to take care of prescriptions.
